Practicing The Art Of Happiness
'Tis the conditions to be jolly! And are you brisk, vivid, and joyful? I assume so (unless you're bogged down with too far-off holiday shopping, cuisine, and family!). And isn't it easier to be vivid clothed in the holidays to the same extent we bear so oodles fun distractions. We get time off work, we get to see friends and cover we don't methodically see, and we bear well to feature. In other words, clothed in this lively conditions it's easy to practice the art of elation.

And that's amazing, but what about the rest of the year? How well do you practice the art of elation the rest of the year?
